DEEPSPEED partners with established logistics providers to ship custom flag football jerseys, uniforms, and equipment to teams, schools, leagues, and organizations around the world.

Every uniform we make is produced to order for your roster, so total delivery time depends on a few factors: order size, product type, customization complexity, and the shipping method you choose.

Production Timeline

Custom flag football gear takes real craftsmanship — we don’t cut corners to save time.

Larger rosters, league-wide orders, and tournament packages may need extra production time. We’ll map out a clear, realistic timeline with you before your order goes into production — no guesswork, no surprises.

Choose the Shipping Speed That Fits Your Season

Express Shipping: 4-7 days. 

For teams racing against a tournament date. Fastest option, ideal for time-sensitive orders and last-minute sample approvals.

Air Shipping: 12-15 days. 

The go-to choice for most team orders — a solid balance of speed and cost, with dependable international delivery.

Sea Shipping: 25-35 days. 

Best for full-league orders, bulk equipment, and larger teams looking to save on shipping costs. Takes longer, but it’s the most economical way to outfit a big roster.

Tracking Your Order

Once your custom jerseys leave our facility, we’ll send you tracking information so you can follow your shipment every step of the way. International shipments sometimes take a little longer for tracking to update after pickup — that’s normal, and our team is always available if you want a status check.

Returns & Exchanges

How Returns Work for Custom Jerseys

Because your flag football jerseys and uniforms are built specifically to your team’s design, sizing, and roster details, custom orders are final once production begins. We’re not able to accept returns or exchanges for:

• Sizes selected incorrectly by the customer
• A change of mind on design after approval
• Personal preference once the order has been approved
• Incorrect roster, name, or number info submitted by the customer

This is standard across custom team apparel — because your uniform is made just for you, we can’t resell it to another team. That’s exactly why we build in a design and sample approval stage: to make sure everything is right before production starts.

We will always replace your order if it arrives with:

• A manufacturing defect
• The wrong product shipped
• A significant quality issue
• Damage that happened in transit

If any of the above applies, contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

1. Your order number
2. Photos or video showing the issue
3. A short description of the problem

We’ll review it and get a replacement or solution sorted out quickly.

How Returns Work for Stock Products

For non-custom, ready-to-ship items:

• Quality issue? We’ll replace it — no questions asked.
• Changed your mind? You can return it within 7 days of delivery, as long as it’s unused, in its original condition, and packed securely enough to be resold. Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll process your return.

Before Production: Confirm the Details That Matter

To keep your order accurate and on schedule, please double-check the following before giving final approval:

• Player sizes
• Jersey styles and cuts
• Team names and numbers
• Logos and artwork placement
• Colors and design details

Once production starts, changes can’t be made — so we’re always happy to walk through sizing and design one more time before you give the green light.

Ordering for a Tournament or Event?

Timing matters when there’s a game on the calendar. If you’re working toward a specific event date, reach out before placing your order so we can build a production and shipping schedule that actually gets your gear there in time — covering design confirmation, sample review (if needed), production, and shipping.
